Walmart's published minimum qualifications
These are Walmart's requirements for the seller, quoted from Walmart's own seller registration guide. They are about your business, not your supplier.
Walmart Marketplace's published minimum qualifications are: a Business Tax ID or Business License Number (SSN not accepted); supporting documents that verify your business name and address; a history of marketplace or eCommerce success; products that have GTIN/UPC GS1 Company Prefix Numbers; a catalog that complies with the Walmart Prohibited Products Policy; and fulfillment through Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) or another B2C U.S. warehouse with returns capability.
Walmart states that products without a product ID (for example private label or handmade items) can be sold by requesting a UPC or GTIN exemption, and that tax registration must precisely match IRS records or government-issued documents.

Product identifiers
Walmart lists products with GTIN/UPC GS1 Company Prefix numbers among its qualifications. Our product records carry the manufacturer UPC where the item has one; ask about a specific SKU before you list, and use Walmart's GTIN exemption process for items without an ID.
Invoices and traceability

Fulfillment
Walmart recommends Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) to new sellers and describes it as a low-cost, end-to-end fulfillment service for Marketplace sellers. We ship your cases to the shipping address you give us — your own warehouse or a prep partner. WFS inbound requirements are Walmart's and are yours to meet as the seller.
What Walmart alone decides
Whether your business is approved to sell on Walmart Marketplace, whether an item is accepted into the catalog or WFS, and how any listing or compliance review is resolved. No distributor can promise those outcomes and we do not. What we control is that the product is new, case-packed, and documented back to us.

The public catalog shows a safe subset of products with suggested retail price only. Wholesale pricing, case counts for licensed programs and ordering are visible only to registered accounts.
How ordering works
1. Register (free)
Registration is free and takes about a minute: business name, contact, email, phone and a password. It unlocks live wholesale pricing in the catalog right away.
2. Reserve by the case
Allocation is strictly first-come, first-served by order timestamp. Nothing is charged at reservation.
3. Certificate before first ship
Your state-issued resale or tax-exemption certificate, plus a completed Uniform Sales & Use Tax Certificate — Multijurisdiction, is required before your first order ships. Both are uploaded from your account's document center (documents are accepted only there, never by email).
4. Invoice at ship
When your reserved inventory lands and is ready to ship, an invoice is generated in QuickBooks Online with your exact case counts, unit totals and prep selection, and you receive a secure QuickBooks payment link. Payment is due prior to shipping; goods dispatch on cleared payment.
Documentation position: Ask us about CPC and third-party test documentation before you order and we will tell you exactly what is on file for that line. Every product page shows its current CPC and lab-test status, and candy carries no CPC status because it is a food product, not a children's product. Frequently asked questions
Do your products have UPCs / GTINs?
Our product records carry the manufacturer UPC where the item has one; not every unbranded or assortment item does. Ask about a specific SKU before you list, and note that Walmart publishes a GTIN exemption process for items without a product ID.
Can I ship your inventory straight into Walmart Fulfillment Services?
You can send product you buy from us into WFS or any other warehouse you use. We ship your cases to the shipping address you give us; prep is billed separately after warehouse prep. WFS prep and labeling requirements are Walmart's and are your responsibility as the seller.
Does buying from you help me qualify for Walmart Marketplace?
No. Walmart's published qualifications are about your business — tax ID, verified name and address, eCommerce history, GTIN-bearing catalog and a compliant fulfillment setup. Approval is Walmart's decision alone. We are a supply source for the catalog you build after you are approved.
What documents come with an order?
A QuickBooks Online invoice in your registered business name, itemized by SKU with case counts and unit totals, issued when the order is ready to ship. CPC and test-report availability varies by SKU and is shown on each product page.
Is there a minimum?
Product is sold by the case. The YumEarth candy line opens at a $750 minimum on the candy portion; other lines show their case pack and any minimum in the catalog.
