Wholesale Supplier for Amazon Sellers
Amazon sellers come to Okie Dokie Distribution LLC for one reason: a U.S. distributor that ships new, case-packed inventory with an itemized invoice in the seller's own business name. Here is exactly what we provide, how it lines up with what Amazon says it asks for, and where Amazon alone decides.

What Amazon says it asks for, and what we provide
Amazon's own guidance for sellers says that if a product requires approval you will need a purchase invoice from a manufacturer or distributor, or a letter from the brand authorizing you to sell its products, and lists what an invoice should include: supplier information; an itemized product list; a date within the last 180 days; your name and address matching your selling account; the name and address of the manufacturer or distributor; and the combined purchase of at least 10 units.
| Amazon's checklist item | On an Okie Dokie invoice |
|---|---|
| Supplier information | Okie Dokie Distribution LLC, 11626 N I-35 Service Rd, Ste 100, Oklahoma City, OK 73131, with phone and email. |
| An itemized product list | Each SKU on its own line with case count and unit totals. |
| A date within the last 180 days | Invoice date is the day your order is ready to ship. Order again inside the window if you need a fresh date. |
| Your name and address, matching your selling account | Issued to the business name registered on your account. Register with the legal name and address you use on Amazon. |
| Name and address of the manufacturer or distributor | We are the distributor of record on the invoice. |
| Combined purchase of at least 10 units | Product ships by the case; case counts and unit totals are printed per line. |
Amazon directs sellers to the Manage Your Compliance dashboard in Seller Central to identify the documents required for a category or product. Check that dashboard for the category you intend to sell before you order, and ask us what is on file for the line — our invoice guide walks through the document itself.
What only Amazon decides
Approval to sell a category, brand or ASIN; ungating; the outcome of an appeal; whether a specific invoice or certificate is accepted in a specific review. None of that is in a distributor's control, and we do not promise any of it. What we control is that every shipped order is documented, itemized and traceable back to us.
Validating a wholesale supplier — Amazon's advice, applied to us
Amazon tells sellers they are responsible for selling authentic products, that branded products should be sourced directly from the brand or one of its direct distributors or wholesalers, and that a wholesaler's relationship with a brand should be validated by reviewing the supplier's business license and brand authorization letter.
- Office and warehouse location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; the address is on every page of this site and on every invoice.
- Who runs it: founded by Dr. Tracey Shelley, a marketplace reseller since 1997; sales run by Marc Frazier. See About.
- Sourcing: We do not describe ourselves as an authorized distributor of any brand on this site. Ask us what sourcing and product documentation is available for a specific line before you order, and we will tell you exactly what is on file.
- Business documentation: ask us. We will tell you what we can provide for a specific line rather than make a blanket statement here.
How an Amazon seller orders from us
1. Register (free)
Registration is free and takes about a minute: business name, contact, email, phone and a password. It unlocks live wholesale pricing in the catalog right away.
2. Reserve by the case
Allocation is strictly first-come, first-served by order timestamp. Nothing is charged at reservation. Product is sold by the case; case packs are shown on every product.
3. Certificate before first ship
Your state-issued resale or tax-exemption certificate, plus a completed Uniform Sales & Use Tax Certificate — Multijurisdiction, is required before your first order ships. Both are uploaded from your account's document center (documents are accepted only there, never by email).
4. Invoice at ship, pay, receive
When your reserved inventory lands and is ready to ship, an invoice is generated in QuickBooks Online with your exact case counts, unit totals and prep selection, and you receive a secure QuickBooks payment link. Payment is due prior to shipping; goods dispatch on cleared payment. If payment is not cleared within 5 business days of the ship-ready invoice, the allocation moves to the next buyer in line.
Apply for wholesale access (free, about a minute; the certificate is uploaded before your first order ships).
Documentation by product type
Ask us about CPC and third-party test documentation before you order and we will tell you exactly what is on file for that line. Every product page shows its current CPC and lab-test status, and candy carries no CPC status because it is a food product, not a children's product.
| Status shown on the product page | What it means |
|---|---|
| ✓ CPC | A Children's Product Certificate is on file for that SKU and can be provided to an approved account. |
| CPC: confirming | We are confirming what the manufacturer or importer has issued for that SKU. Ask before you order. |
| No CPC | That SKU will not have a CPC. The listing says so, and checkout asks you to acknowledge it before you order. |
Frequently asked questions
Will your invoice get me approved to sell a brand or category on Amazon?
No supplier can promise that. Approval decisions are made solely by Amazon. What we provide is an itemized QuickBooks Online invoice in your registered business name for every shipped order, which is the kind of document Amazon's own guidance says it asks for. Whether it satisfies a particular application is Amazon's call.
Does the invoice show my business name and address?
The invoice is issued to the business name registered on your Okie Dokie account. Amazon's guidance says your name and address should match your selling account, so register with the exact legal name and address you use on Amazon, and keep it current in your account.
Can I get invoices that show 10 or more units?
Product is sold by the case, so a single case of most lines already exceeds 10 units, and the invoice lists case counts and unit totals per SKU.
Are you an authorized distributor for the brands you carry?
We do not make that claim on this site. Ask us what sourcing and product documentation is available for a specific line before you order, and we will tell you exactly what is on file.
Do you provide CPCs or test reports for Amazon's toy safety requests?
It depends on the SKU. Each product page shows its CPC and lab-test status, and we will tell you exactly what is on file for a line before you order. A CPC is issued by the manufacturer or importer, not by a distributor; we pass on what has been issued to us.
What condition does inventory arrive in?
Product is sold and shipped by the case from a climate-controlled warehouse in the central United States. Ask us what sourcing and product documentation is available for a specific line before you order.
