What counts as a physical location

Anywhere customers buy from you in person:

  • Retail store / storefront
  • Showroom
  • Booth at a fair, festival or show
  • Flea market space
  • Pop-up shop
  • Mall kiosk or cart
  • Other in-person location

How to get on the in-store list

Sign in to your account and open your physical location. It takes about a minute: the name of the location, the address or city and state, and the type of location. If you do not have an account yet, register first and then add your location. Marc Frazier, who runs sales, follows up with everyone on the list as the section comes together; call or text 321-272-9059 with questions.

How ordering works

  1. Register. Registration is free and takes about a minute: business name, contact, email, phone and a password. It unlocks live wholesale pricing in the catalog right away.
  2. Reserve. Allocation is strictly first-come, first-served by order timestamp. Nothing is charged at reservation. Product is sold by the case; case packs are shown on every product.
  3. Upload your certificate. Your state-issued resale or tax-exemption certificate, plus a completed Uniform Sales & Use Tax Certificate — Multijurisdiction, is required before your first order ships. Both are uploaded from your account's document center (documents are accepted only there, never by email).
  4. Get invoiced when it ships. When your reserved inventory lands and is ready to ship, an invoice is generated in QuickBooks Online with your exact case counts, unit totals and prep selection, and you receive a secure QuickBooks payment link. Payment is due prior to shipping; goods dispatch on cleared payment.
  5. Receive. Inventory ships from a climate-controlled warehouse in the central United States. Prep is billed separately after warehouse prep.

Full terms, including the 5-business-day payment window and substitution rules, are on the onboarding page.

Documentation, stated plainly

Ask us about CPC and third-party test documentation before you order and we will tell you exactly what is on file for that line. Every product page shows its current CPC and lab-test status, and candy carries no CPC status because it is a food product, not a children's product.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a resale certificate to open an account?

No. Registration is free and needs only your business name, contact, email, phone and a password. Your state resale or tax-exemption certificate and a completed Multijurisdiction certificate are uploaded from your account before your first order ships.

Is there a minimum order?

Product is sold by the case. The YumEarth candy line opens at a $750 minimum on the candy portion of an order; case packs and any other line minimum are shown in the catalog.

When am I charged?

Nothing is charged at reservation. When your reserved inventory lands and is ready to ship, you receive a QuickBooks Online invoice and a secure payment link; payment is due before shipping and goods dispatch on cleared payment.

Which marketplaces do your buyers sell on?

Our reseller customers sell on Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, TikTok Shop and Whatnot, as well as through their own stores. We sell to any legitimate retail channel; we do not require that you sell on a particular marketplace.

I sell in a store or at shows but not online. Can I still buy?

Yes. Retail stores, showrooms, fair and festival booths, flea market spaces, pop-ups and mall kiosks register with the same free account, order from the same catalog by the case and are billed on the same terms. No marketplace account is needed. A separate in-store-only section is being set up for members who sell in person; add your location from your account to be included when it opens.

Can you provide invoices and compliance documents for marketplace reviews?

Every shipped order carries a QuickBooks Online invoice in your registered business name. Children's Product Certificates and third-party test reports vary by SKU: each product page shows its current status, and if you ask before you order we will tell you exactly what is on file for that line. No document guarantees a marketplace decision.

Why can't I see wholesale prices without an account?

The public catalog shows a safe subset of products with suggested retail price only. Wholesale pricing, licensed programs and ordering are visible to registered accounts, which keeps our buyers' cost basis off the open web.
