How your order ships

The process, step by step

1. 1

   Reserve

   Pay nothing at reservation. Your place in line is locked by your order timestamp, strictly first come, first served.

2. 2

   Arrival estimate

   Every listing shows an estimated arrival window. It is an estimate, not a promise: arrival windows can and do move.

3. 3

   Invoice

   When your order is ready to ship, you are invoiced through QuickBooks with a secure payment link.

4. 4

   Pay

   Your order ships on cleared payment.

5. 5

   Tracking and shipping form

   Once you pay, you get access to order tracking and our warehouse team emails you several documents, including a form about how you want your shipping and prep handled.

6. 6

   Prep and ship

   Our warehouse team preps your goods to your specifications and ships them the way you chose on the form.

Shipping options

• We manage it for you

  We can handle the entire shipment for you.

• LTL with your own pickup

  We can ship LTL if you want to set up your own pickup.

• Shipped to you with your label

  You provide the shipping label. There is no handling fee.

Selling on Amazon FBA or Walmart Fulfillment Services? Tell us on the shipping and prep form and we will prep to your specifications.

Estimated costs

• Prep is not added to your reservation. After your goods arrive and are prepped to your specifications, you are invoiced through QuickBooks for the services provided.
• Shipping costs vary for many reasons, including size, weight, destination and how you choose to ship, so we quote them for your specific order instead of listing a flat price.
