What we collect from the businesses that buy from us, why, who sees it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

At a glance

  • We collect what we need to run a wholesale account: your business details, your tax documents and your orders.
  • We do not sell your information or use it for advertising on other websites.
  • Your tax documents are kept in private storage and seen only by our team.
  • Card and bank details are never stored on this site; invoices and payments go through QuickBooks.
  • You can stop marketing emails and texts at any time on our Opt out page.

1. Who we are

Okie Dokie Distribution LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company ("Okie Dokie", "we", "us"), runs www.okiedokiedistribution.com, a members-only wholesale site for businesses that buy for resale. We sell to businesses, not to consumers.

This policy covers the information we handle when you visit the site, apply for an account, order, or talk with us.

2. What we collect

  • Application and account details: business name, contact name, email, phone, business address, business type, where you sell (stores, marketplaces, websites), the states where you operate, and the password you set, which we store only in scrambled (hashed) form.
  • Tax documents: your state resale or exemption certificate, the MTC Uniform Sales and Use Tax Certificate, and any supporting registration you upload, including the details on them (such as registration or permit numbers) and your electronic signature if you sign the MTC form online.
  • Orders: the items, quantities and prices you order, purchase orders you send us, your shipping and prep choices, and the record of what has been invoiced, paid and shipped.
  • Messages and consent: emails with our team, and the consent you gave for emails and text messages, recorded with the date, time, IP address and browser.
  • Website use: pages visited, searches, items added to the cart, the link that brought you to us, device and browser type, and IP address, collected by our servers and by an analytics system we host ourselves.
  • Email engagement: emails we send may record when they are opened and which links are clicked.

We do not ask for card numbers or bank account numbers on this site.

3. How we use it

  • To review your application and run your account.
  • To confirm your business buys for resale and to keep the tax records the law requires of us.
  • To take, invoice, prepare and ship your orders and to answer your questions.
  • To send account and order emails, and to send news about new products and offers when you agreed to receive them.
  • To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the site.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not use your information for advertising on other websites, and we do not make automated decisions about you that have legal effects.

4. Who we share it with

  • Service providers that run parts of our business for us, only for that job: Intuit QuickBooks (invoices and payments), Postmark and Microsoft 365 (email), Cloudflare (website delivery and security), and the carriers and freight companies that move your shipments.
  • The Frazier Group, Inc. (TFGI Marketing), which runs sales and marketing for Okie Dokie and sends some of our messages.
  • Until Okie Dokie's own QuickBooks company is in use, our invoices are issued from the QuickBooks account of a company under common ownership, which receives the billing details needed to invoice you.
  • Brands and manufacturers, when needed to show where products are sold or to report a breach of a resale restriction you agreed to when ordering.
  • Authorities and others when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public, and to prevent fraud.
  • A buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized, under the protections of this policy.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising across other websites.

5. Cookies and similar tools

  • Sign-in and security cookies that keep you signed in and protect our forms.
  • Your cart, saved in your own browser so it survives a page reload.
  • A visit identifier and a 30-day cookie that remembers which email or link brought you to the site.
  • Cookies from our self-hosted analytics system, which count visits and show us how the site is used. Public product pages under /p/ set no analytics cookies.
  • Cookies that Cloudflare sets for routing and bot protection.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though signing in needs them. We respect the Global Privacy Control signal where state law requires it.

6. Emails and text messages

You choose at signup whether we may email and text you about products and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, you can reply STOP to any text, and you can opt out of both at any time on our Opt out page. Emails about your account and orders continue while you have an account, because we need them to serve you.

7. How long we keep it

We keep account, order and tax-document records while your account is open and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and legal obligations require; tax documents and invoices often have to be kept for several years after your last purchase. When you opt out, we keep a record of that so we do not contact you again.

8. How we protect it

  • Encrypted connections (TLS) for the site and our email.
  • Uploaded documents are kept in private storage that is never public, scanned for viruses, and opened only by our team through a signed-in staff page.
  • Passwords are stored only in hashed form, and every staff member signs in with their own login.
  • Card and bank details are never stored on this site; payments go through QuickBooks.

No system is completely secure. If a security incident affects your information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, except what the law requires us to keep (such as tax documents tied to your purchases). You can also opt out of marketing at any time. Email us with your request and enough detail to find your account; we may verify it is you and will answer within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.

10. Children

This site is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we post the new version here with a new date at the top.
