Allocation & FCFS Terms

Order timestamp sets your queue position — strictly first-come, first-served.
No-deposit reservation: nothing is charged at reservation. Payment is due prior to shipping — your order ships once the invoice is paid.
Inventory availability: quantities are limited; reservations beyond available allocation roll to the next position.
Replacement rules: if a SKU under-arrives, you may substitute an in-stock SKU or release that line.
Cancellation window: if payment isn't cleared within 5 business days of the ship-ready invoice, the allocation moves to the next buyer in line.

CPC / Compliance Request

Children's Product Certificates and third-party lab test reports are held on file for the RMS / SmushMart lines and can be provided to satisfy Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Whatnot brand-gating and safety reviews. Approved buyers can request documents per SKU from inside the portal or from their account contact.

QuickBooks Billing — Payment Before Shipping

When your reserved inventory lands and is ready to ship, an invoice draft is generated in QuickBooks Online with your exact case counts, unit totals, and prep selection. You receive a secure QuickBooks payment link; payment is due prior to shipping and goods dispatch on cleared payment. Nothing is charged at reservation time.
