Buyer qualification, consent & allocation terms

• Order timestamp sets your queue position — strictly first-come, first-served.
• No-deposit reservation: nothing is charged at reservation. Payment is due prior to shipping — your order ships once the invoice is paid.
• Inventory availability: quantities are limited; reservations beyond available allocation roll to the next position.
• Replacement rules: if a SKU under-arrives, you may substitute an in-stock SKU or release that line.
• Cancellation window: if payment isn't cleared within 5 business days of the ship-ready invoice, the allocation moves to the next buyer in line.

Children's Product Certificates and third-party lab test reports are issued by the manufacturer or importer. Unless the listing says otherwise, every children's item we sell will have the appropriate CPC and test reports. Items that will not have them are marked on the listing, and you confirm that with a check box before you order. Approved buyers can request the documents we hold per SKU from inside the portal or from their account contact. Whether a document satisfies an Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop or Whatnot review is that marketplace's decision. Full guide: compliance documentation for marketplace sellers.

When your reserved inventory lands and is ready to ship, an invoice draft is generated in QuickBooks Online with your exact case counts, unit totals, and prep selection. You receive a secure QuickBooks payment link; payment is due prior to shipping and goods dispatch on cleared payment. Nothing is charged at reservation time.
